San Diego, California - Protective coatings manufacturer Radio Linings Corp. has launched a polyurea/polyurethane hybrid elastomeric coating that the company says has both high tensile strength and good resistance to humidity and substrate moisture during application.
Rhino Hybrid 11-50 is a zero-VOC,-pressure, spray-applied coating that can be applied in hot and dry climates and in moderate humidity conditions of up to 85% in most instances, Rhino said in a 10 June news release.
San Diego, California-based Rhino said the coating's dense chemistry also allows it to "resist the effects of wind driven rain, salts and most chemicals so that it is ideal for application on structural steel, geotextile, concrete, and wooden structures".
