Brzeg Dolny, Poland — A building at PCC Rokita's site here was hit by lightning on May 30, 2016, after 2:00 am (local) and a fire started in the company's chlorobenzene unit, according to a company announcement.
The company said that no one was injured and no other production was affected at the site. Violent thunderstorms hit northern Europe over the evening and night of 30 May 2016.
