Sowerby Bridge, UK -- Rosehill Polymers has appointed Mark Perry as business manager for its engineering elastomers division. Perry joins Rosehill from Dow Hyperlast, where he spent the last 15 years in various capacities including director of business development, sales & marketing director.
Since Dow Chemical Co. acquired the Hyperlast business, Perry has been global market leader for Pipe & Tank Solutions.
According to Rosehill sales & marketing director Alex Celik, Perry joins Rosehill at a time when the company is poised for rapid growth in the elastomers sector: "We already supply into elastomer markets and have seen increasing interest in our ability to custom formulate specific elastomer solutions. Mark's experience of managing growth with his previous employer, his approach of providing a holistic product/service package to meet customer needs and history of creating value with the major pipe-coaters in the Oil & Gas Industry brings tremendous strength to our team and firmly positions Rosehill as a reliable and committed partner," Celik said.
Perry, who will join Rosehill in mid-September, is a graduate polymer scientist and MBA from Manchester Business School.
