Novomoskovsk, Tula Oblast -- Penoplex a large Russian polyurethane producer announced more capacity for polyurethane heat insulating boards at its factory here in Russia.
General director, Sergei Shatalov said the line will have capacity to make about 1.5 tonne/hour boards and will help produciton at the site exceed 4m m3/year. The company considers this as a crucial goal.
Shatalov, said the plant was complete in July of this year but commissioning is still underway. A second line with capacity to produce 0.5 tonne/hour is expected to be complete in early 2014. A third line is likely for later 2014, he added.
The most important issue of this plant is the usage of green technologies. According to Sergei Shatalov the company doesn't use ozone depleting blowing agent.
