Romano di Inverigo, Italy - Saip Equipment says it has delivered a new continuous line for making garage doors and panels to a leading manufacturer in the field in Poland.
The 180 m long line offers high flexibility, and allows automatic production with 60 different panel configurations, at speeds up to 15 m/min, says Saip.
The customer chose Saip for its ability to meet the tough challenge of automatic regulation that allows 60 different surface profiles, said the company.
Saip's ability to provide such custom-built lines "proves once again … the value for our customers of having Saip machines, lines and technologies at their plants," commented commercial director Luigi Procopio, in a company statement.
"Our customers know the uniqueness of our single machines, of our complete lines," and the highly qualified support from design through to installation Saip offers, Procopio continued.
Saip's Contitech brand for its continuous lines for making insulated panels consist of a series of synchronised machines, each autonomous. The approach allows good regulation and control for lines making flexible or rigid-faced panels, with both polyurethane foam and mineral wool insulation, says the Italian manufacturer.
