Varese, Italy -- Polymer specialist Sapici announced the launch of its low free-monomer line of polyisocyanates specifically developed for wood coating applications.
The company has built its own manufacturing plant for the production of the Polurgreen Line in San Cipriani Po, Pavia, Italy.
Sapici said developed the technology for the production of isocyanates characterised by a content of free monomer guaranteed to be lower than 0.1%.
The company claims its Polurgreen Line is safer and will allow its clients and end-users to downgrade from 'danger' to just 'warning' symbols without the use of a chest pictogram.
