Atlanta, Georgia -- Scheugenpflug, a supplier of automated mixing, metering, and dispensing systems for resins including polyurethane, as well as other materials, is strengthening its commitment to the US market with a move to new, larger offices in Atlanta and by adding personnel. The move is in response to increased demand for its industrial automation solutions in North America, the Neustadt, Germany-based company said.
The more centrally located offices have increased the company's space by 500 sq.ft over the previous location, which will allow more flexible accommodation for its expanding team, as well as giving the ability to house the latest equipment in its warehouse. The facility, designed using lean management principles, also features a state-of-the-art demo room, says Scheugenpflug.
At the same time, Scheugenpflug has added engineers in the US: Christian Geier is in charge of customer service, and Kenneth Bailey covers electrical R&D. Their goals are to provide exceptional products as well as customer support and maintenance services to the company's rapidly increasing client base, helping to drive Scheugenpflug's growth in the US.
Over the next few years, Scheugenpflug is dedicated to pursuing business expansion and increasing market penetration. Longer term, the company said, it also intends to establish a comprehensive local production infrastructure to service all of North America efficiently.
