Wroclaw, Poland — Selena Group, which makes a wide range of polyurethane-based construction chemicals, is negotiating to increase its access to loans with the bank BNP Paribas.
Selena has an agreement with BNP that gives it access to up to EUR 70m credit. The company wants to increase that to EUR 80m, and extend the agreement to 31 December 2021.
The company added that the other loan terms should not change significantly. 'They will not deviate from market conditions for this type of financing,' it said.
If successful, the company says it will use the additional capital to finance day-to-day operations.
