Rock Hill, South Carolina – SEM Products has launched a transparent, two-component urethane adhesive for plastic repair and general bonding. Dual-Mix Quick Set 50 Clear has a 50 second set time, and is suitable for autobody shops.

The company claims the adhesive offers technicians increased versatility, speed and convenience when mounting emblems and trim components. With a 45 second working time, its cure is sufficiently fast to allow sanding in five minutes.
It joins a black version of the adhesive in the company’s portfolio. In addition to offering a new colour option, the Dual-Mix Quick Set adhesives are also now suitable for a wider range of substrates, including glass, concrete and wood.
The adhesive is being sold in 7oz cartridges.
