Lapolla has a wide array of spray foam and speciality coating products geared toward buildings of all types and sizes, including healthcare facilities, food-processing plants, schools, colleges, agricultural buildings, wine/dairy tanks and cold storage facilities.
"We are more than proud to offer Lapolla's suite of products for our New Hampshire and New England customers," Craig Bland, Climate Shield's founder, said.
Spray PU foam has been used for decades, but its popularity has surged in recent years thanks to its energy-saving capabilities. Spray foam helps keep building interiors cool in summer and warm in winter. In the long-term, this helps homeowners and businesses slash their heating and cooling costs.
Climate Shield specialises in installing spray foam throughout structures, including basements, attics, ceilings, foundations, HVAC ductwork, garages, crawl spaces and more. The company works closely with general contractors and subcontractors within a 100-mile radius that encompasses New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
Climate Shield also offers geothermal energy services. Geothermal heating taps into the Earth's natural temperatures. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that building owners can save between 30 to 70 percent in heating costs and 20 to 50 percent on cooling costs using the technology. The systems last decades with minimal maintenance.
