Canton, Ohio - Paratus Supply claims that its XTR1 spray foam rig is ready to go and built to last - and costs less than $43 000. The unit is compact, and is supplied on a 12 x 4-foot (roughly 3.6 x 1.2 metres) v-nose trailer carrying a full-sized, hydraulic GH-25 spray foam machine made by PMC, the firm said in a 1 Dec announcement.
"Never before has a high-performance machine like the GH-25 been supplied on a small and compact trailer shell as this," Paratus claims, adding "nor has it ever been done with a portable 17.5 kW gas generator. The combination makes the XTR1 one of the most reliable, highest performing, and easily maneuverable spray foam rigs ever built," the firm adds.
In addition to the PMV spray unit and gas generator, the trailer is fully equipped for immediate use, the firm says, listing all its facilities, including 160 feet (almost 50 m) of heated hose mounted on a PMC a custom hose hanger, a two-man fresh air system, a 20 cfm (566 l/min) refrigerated air dryer and even an industrial toolbox and cabinets.
