Warrington. UK -- After 23 years in various management roles within the Capa organisation, most recently as strategy and development director, Stewart Derbyshire has chosen to move on to new challenges with his own business.
Derbyshire will offer his expertise in the speciality chemicals business on a consultancy basis.
The Perstorp executive joined the Capa business when it was "struggling and loss making," said a company statement, and Derbyshire played a major part in its transformation into the world leading business that it is today.
Derbyshire will leave Perstorp at the end of this year, and will gradually hand over his existing responsibilities and ongoing projects before then.
Perstorp acknowledged Derbyshire's past achievements and his role in facilitating the smooth transition of the Capa business following the acquisition by Perstorp in 2008.
