By Liz White, UT contributing editorBielefeld, Germany-Stockmeier Urethanes GmbH & Co. officially inaugurated a new plant in Clarksburg, West Virginia, in early November. From the start of next year, Stockmeier Urethanes USA Inc. will begin to produce polyurethane systems for casting resins, structural adhesives and coatings for the North American market. The German group's 100-percent-owned US daughter company, founded last year, has a 3000-sq m plant on a 16 000-sq m site. The US plant, which will soon be completed, is Stockmeier Group's second expansion this year in polyurethanes. Earlier in the year, Stockmeier Urethanes France SA, based in Cernay in Alsace, opened a factory extension. "
