Taipei, A 12 Aug Reuters report on Yahoo says that Yue Yuen Industrial Holdings has formed a $12 million joint venture with Evermore Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. to boost shoe sole manufacturing in China.
The deal involves Evermore in manufacture and supply of polyurethane and thermo polyurethane materials for Yue Yuen, reported to be the largest maker of sports footwear globally.
