Florida, US – TopBuild is expanding its insulation portfolio with the acquisition of Seal-Rite Insulation. This business is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and has been installing spray foam and fibreglass insulation in the area for more than a quarter of a century. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.

TopBuild distributes and installs insulation and related building material products to the construction industry in the US and Canada. Its installation segment has about 250 branches across the US, and its specialty distribution network about 190 branches in the US and Canada.
