Kawagoe, Japan – Toyo Quality One is taking over the special polyurethane foam products business of NHK Spring. The PU products included in the transaction are Super Seal, Super Sheet, Nippalay, Insuron and Forea. The transfer of the business operations will take place on 1 April 2025.
Toyo Quality One is a specialist manufacturer of PU foams, with operations in Japan. It produces various types of foam, including PU foam. Its foams have applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, engineering and construction, electronics and sporting goods.
