Alabama, US – Trelleborg’s acquisition of CRC Distribution has completed. The deal was first announced back in October 2024.
CRC is a specialist distributor of polymer seals and related services. The portfolio offered by the business already included Trelleborg products.
It is based in Robertsdale, Alabama, and has annual sales of about $15m. While the business is primarily focused on the US, it has recently expanded into Mexico.
