Issy-les-Mouilineaux, France – Trèves Group’s acquisition of Neveon’s Perfoam business from Greiner has completed. The deal was first announced back in August 2023.
Perfoam is based in Austria, and makes interior trim and powertrain insulation for the automotive sector. It employs about 600 people, and includes operations in Austria, the Czech Republic and Mexico, plus two joint ventures in China.
Trèves said the deal will reinforce its presence in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as improving ties with premium German OEMs. “The new entity, Trèves Perfoam, aims to become the Group’s skills centre for premium Parcel Shelves and Encapsulations,” it said.
