Uniontown, Pennsylvania - Inmate showers at a US county jail are to be coated with a urethane/epoxy material to prevent mould from recurring, according to a local Fayette County website, The Citizen.
The Citizen reported that a $89 000 project to remove mould and prevent its regrowth in the showers at Fayette County jail has been approved by the Fayette County Commission. The report said urethane coating is to be used to seal the tiles of the showers and make them impervious to mould.
