By David Reed, UT EditorMalcom, Iowa-The expansion continues at ITWC, Inc., a supplier and manufacturer of high quality prepolymers and processing equipment for the polyurethane industry. The firm has just begun construction of a 1225-m2 facility for its applications development and process equipment manufacturing departments. The firm's prepolymer production unit will nearly double in size as it moves into the space in the company's existing plant, freed by the move to the new building."Record sales, a growing customer base, new management, and a dedicated team have produced incredible growth. All of this growth began to tax our facilities and prevented us from being as efficient as we needed to be," said Walt Smith, chief executive officer of ITWC. "This building will give us the room to grow and help us stay focused on meeting, or exceeding, our customer's needs," he concluded."
