Woodstock, New Hampshire -- Spray Foam Distributors of New England Inc. (SFDONE) is to offer three-day spray foam certification and training programmes in conjunction with Bayer MaterialScience, the US company said in a 1 July announcement.
The training will take place at the spray foam material and material supplier's new office in Woodstock, New Hampshire. The new building is fully equipped with an open workshop, spray booth, conference room, offices and a warehouse, SFDONE said in the press release.
With the new facility up and running, SFDONE is planning several BaySeal training programme for this year that will be held at the Woodstock office. The company will be holding its first three-day training programme on 12-14 July 2011. "We are planning on having a minimum of three Bayer training programmes a year," commented George Spanos, president of SFDONE.
He added, "We may also include some one-day seminars from time to time. The spray foam industry is growing rapidly and all of us at SFDONE and Bayer feel that it is extremely important to have the proper knowledge to do quality work."
The courses are expected to cover a variety of topics including: health and safety, equipment orientation, chemical handling, and equipment application. Representatives of Bayer MaterialScience will teach the courses, with on-site personnel from SFDONE assisting the training.
