Maastricht, the Netherlands – UTECH Europe 2021 will operate at 100% visitor capacity without the need to maintain 1.5m social distancing rule, according to organisers Crain Communications.

The news comes as the Dutch government clarified the rules around large gatherings or people under step four of its reopening plan, which came into force on 26 June 2021.
'We are delighted that the growing momentum of vaccinations and the releasing of restrictions applying to conference and exhibition events like UTECH Europe,' said Debbie Hershfield, UTECH Europe trade show director. 'This great news allows speakers, delegates and visitors plan with confidence.'
Crain Communications said it is working closely with the MECC venue to ensure the event is coronavirus-safe, and will take guidance from the Dutch government. The event is scheduled for 16-18 November 2021.
