Maastricht, the Netherlands – Evonik said it will display 'the polyurethane industry’s broadest range' of additives on its stand.
The firm will be showcasing its range of surfactants, catalysts, curatives, performance additives and release agents.
The company will display additives to help make the artificial leather industry more sustainable.
Other innovations include:
- New non-emissive products to reduce or eliminate VOC emissions in automotive and comfort applications.
- New additives for PIR rigid foams. These are designed to improve insulation and fire resistance.
- New ultra-low VOC surfactants, non-emissive catalysts and aldehyde scavengers for automotive polyurethane applications.
- A new silicone surfactant with extremely wide processing latitude. The company said this will 'will significantly enhance the flame retardant capabilities of PU Comfort foams.'
Over 50 polyurethane additives will be promoted on the stand and in new brochures.
