Charlotte, North Carolina – Interest in attending UTECH North America 2018 is growing strongly and is 'on track to be considerably higher than last time', said Debbie Hershfield, trade show director, Crain Communications.
Hershfield said a number of new events at the show were attracting people this year.
'In addition to a strong showing from companies exhibiting at the event, our Ask the Expert corner is proving very popular,' she said.
This feature is a corner stand where companies can book 15-minute presentations.
'Requests for a slot have come from all segments of the polyurethane supply chain,' Hershfield added.
'Presenters will give an informal presentation and take questions from the audience. There's no need for visitors to register to take part,' she explained.
Both visitors and exhibitors are showing keen interest in the UTECH PitStop Welcome Reception. This will be held on the show floor on Tuesday 11 September. Sponsored by Dow, it will offer live music, free food and drink.
'We are planning events at the show to recognise talent; we will name our rising stars of 2018 in Charlotte. There could also be an addition to the UTECH Hall of Fame, when the jury comes to a decision,' she added.
UTECH North America 2018 runs from 11-13 September in Charlotte, North Carolina.
