London -- UTECH-polyurethane.com has launched as the new website behind the Urethanes Technology International magazine and UTECH range of exhibitions.
Speaking at the launch, Editor of Urethanes Technology International, Simon Robinson said: "The new website is designed to showcase the whole of our offering in polyurethanes, from conferences to exhibitions, the magazine and eventually data products.
“Our events have been a collection of different brands, and we plan to move all of our existing brands into UTECH over the coming years,” he added
The new website offers free content about UTECH conferences and exhibitions as well as, free and premium editorial content.
In addition, there is an industry directory. This is “based around the companies that have helped make the UTECH exhibitions so successful,” said Robinson.
Companies invited into the directory will be able to select different levels of entry to match their marketing needs. Our Gold directory subscription allows companies to post their own white papers and showcase their competence to existing and potential clients.
UTECH-polyurethane has also streamlined the information subscription packages available to match the way our industry uses information, said Robinson. He said that the four levels were devised after extensive user surveys in the summer of 2013.They are:
- Free but limited to free content and free eNewsletter
- Bronze: Magazine and free eNewsletter,
- Silver: Magazine, Premium eNewsletter and
- Gold: Magazine, Premium eNewsletter, and full website and archive access,
"We hope that these combinations will match the industry's demand for information," he said.
"Subscribers to our highest offering will be able to see much of the content that will appear in the next issue of Urethanes Technology International magazine, often weeks before publication,” said Robinson
He continued: “As 2014 progresses, we will be adding enhancements to our information offerings, including data that will only be available to our website subscribers.”
This is a beta launch of the UTECH-polyurethane.com site, there will be more functionality and more products added as we go into the future, Robinson said.
