Minneapolis, Minnesota – Wanner Engineering has introduced the P700 series of metering pumps. These can discharge at up to 4.4m3/h at pressures up to 83bar (8.3MPa).
The company said that the pumps are designed to provide smooth, linear, virtually pulse-free flow without the need for expensive pulsation dampeners.
The pumps do not use the process fluid for lubrication, and this means that they can run dry indefinitely, the company said. The pumps are available in a range of metals and can be fitted with a number of flanges and ports, while different diaphragm and check valve materials allow the pumps to be used in a number of processing and other applications.
The pumps are seal-less, and can handle abrasive particulates down to 800 microns in size.
