Minneapolis, Minnesota – Wanner Engineering has introduced a new triplex metering pump, designed to handle a variety of processing fluids at low flow rates and full pressure. Applications include the production of polyurethane foam.

The MT8 pump has a multiple diaphragm design, giving virtually pulse-free flow without the need for pulsation dampers. The company claims it exceeds API 675 performance standards for steady state accuracy, linearity and repeatability.
Its flow capacity ranges from 0.06 to 8.0 gph (0.23 to 30.3 litres/hr), with discharge pressure ratings up to 3500 psi, depending on flow. Electronic flow control increases accuracy and reliability, the company says.
The pump’s Hydra-Cell seal-less design means there are no mechanical or dynamic seals, cups or packing to leak, wear or replace. It is available with pump heads made from 316L stainless, alloy 20, Hastelloy C, PVC or PVDF.
