Phoenix, Arizona -- InMedica Development Corp., trading as WindGen Energy Inc., announced 28 April that it has an exclusive license agreement with Wind Sail Receptor Inc. of Boulder City, Nevada, to market, sell, and distribute Wind Sail Receptor's wind turbines for converting wind energy into electrical energy.

Wind Sail Receptor's patented technology includes a new rotor blade made of a polyurethane material developed by Richard Steinke, the inventor, chairman and ceo of Wind Sail Receptor Inc.

This exclusive agreement, covering the US, Canada and the UK, applies to all wind-power-generation systems to be developed by Wind Sail Receptor, having a diameter of 15 ft (4.5 m) or less. The license is non-exclusive for the rest of the world except Latin America.

Wind turbines of this size can help provide renewable energy for homes, farms, cabins, small industrial and manufacturing facilities, motor homes, boats and recreational vehicles, said the announcement.

"I chose WindGen Energy to market our smaller wind turbines because of a long-time friendship with the president, Dave Martin. Dave served as my vice president of sales and marketing while I was the chairman and ceo at Amerityre where I developed many polyurethane products," said Steinke.

Pointing out that Amerityre Corp. has many years experience of making and marketing speciality urethane products, Steinke added that  he intends to use the PU experts to make the blades for the Wind Sail Receptor turbines.

"Converting to renewable energy for a portion of our electrical needs is the responsibility of all of us ... We anticipate having product available by the end of 2009," said Dave Martin, WindGen Energy Inc.

In a note to the statement, Wind Sail Receptor pointed out that the technology is "still under development and currently is not a commercial product. No manufacturing capability currently exists and there can be no assurance that the technology will develop into a commercial product." A further note of caution pointed out that the "significant competition in the wind energy generation sector from established companies with proven products and existing financial capability."
