Houston, Texas -- Andrew Winston, founder of Winston Eco-Strategies and a globally recognised expert on green business, is to give the keynote address at the CPI Polyurethanes 2010 Technical Conference being held in partnership with UTECH North America exhibition in Houston, Monday 11 October.
Polyurethanes experts from the US and globally are gathering in Houston to hear a presentation in which Winston will address the environmental pressures and powerful stakeholders driving companies to go green: he will describe the strategies and tools the world's best companies use to innovate and profit in this new, environmentally-sensitive world.
This year's technical conference of the US Center for the Polyurethanes Industry starts at 9.00 am Monday 11 Oct, with Winston scheduled to speak at 10:00 am.
The CPI conference runs this year at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas 11-13 Oct, and is being held alongside a major exhibition for the global polyurethanes industry, organised by Crain Communications Ltd, publisher of Urethanes Technology International magazine.
Andrew Winston is co-author of Green to Gold, a best-selling guide to what works and what doesn't when companies go green. His book, Green Recovery, helps companies use environmental thinking to survive economic downturns and thrive in times of growth.
Winston is dedicated to helping companies large and small use environmental strategy to grow, create enduring value and build stronger relationships with employees, customers and other stakeholders. He has significant experience as a corporate strategy consultant and marketing executive.
