Croydon, UK – Zotefoams has introduced a range of fully recyclable TPU foams. The product, along with a recyclable PP foam, made their debut at the recent Foam Expo Europe show.
The closed-cell, non-crosslinked foams are made using a supercritical foaming technology. They have good resilience and low dielectric properties, the company said.
The TPU foam is described as lightweight and durable thanks to its resilient characteristics. This makes it suitable for applications such as personal-use items for the military, including mats and backpacks, where key requirements include low weight and good robustness.
“Our ongoing commitment to innovation enables us to push the boundaries of technology to create new products and refine existing ones,” said CEO Ronan Cox. “This ensures that we remain at the forefront of technological advancement and gives customers ongoing access to innovative products and solutions.”
